Forest Greens Condo Association
The Board of Directors are elected on a yearly basis at the annual meeting by the owners in the Association. The Board of Directors for Forest Greens Condominium Association consists of the following individuals:
Board of Directors Roles: The board is responsible for financial, legal, physical and relational matters within the homeowners' association. The board is required to collect and manage Home Owner Association (HOA) fees, obtain insurance coverage for the buildings, retain a lawyer, handle the association's legal affairs, create and enforce rules and regulations, provide for maintaining the property of common areas and communicate with homeowners about regulations, fees and legal matters. Board members meet periodically throughout the year and have an annual meeting with all homeowners, usually in April. The board has contracted Affinity Property Management to assist with the upkeep and management of the property.
