Selling/Leasing Your Unit
If you are leasing your unit, please provide a copy of the lease to either the Board of Directors of Forest Greens Condominiums or Affinity Property Management. If you are selling your unit, please provide a notification of intent to either the Board of Directors of Forest Greens Condominiums or Preferred Property Management.
The Board serves to see that the condo rules and its by-laws are followed and enforced. Affinity Property Management can sometimes bring interested buyers or renters in touch with you. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
If you intend to rent your unit, a Landlord/Tenant agreement must be filled out and submitted to Affinity Property Management and the Forest Greens Condos Board of Directors. That form can be found at the link below.
Reminders:
- Please do not place any "For Sale" signs that extend higher than 42" from the ground.
- You may download all By-Laws, Rules, Declarations, Amendments, Meeting Minutes on this web site.
- Pet requirements may be found on the Declarations and Amendments page (Article IX, Section 2 k)
